2017年5月26日古墓丽影1、2、3代游戏配乐作曲家内森·麦克里（Nathan McCree）发起了《古墓丽影组曲》众筹，并最终筹集到19.412万英镑成功完成众筹。此次众筹提供了丰富的奖品，其中就包括此物品。
2017年6月17日内森宣布将制作和赠送“黄金终极版（GOLD ULTIMATE EDITIONS）”CD和唱片，众筹金额大于或等于5英镑的参与者都有机会参与抽奖，共50个名额，冷餐会的参加者则还有第二次抽奖机会。20日内森将黄金终极版数量增加到200张，其中100张由众筹金额大于或等于5英镑的参与者抽取，另外100张均分给4次冷餐会参加者抽取。

We have also decided to increase the number of GOLD ULTIMATE EDITION albums to 200. We intend to now giveaway 100 in a prize draw to all backers who have pledged £5 or more, and we will be giving away a further 25 at each of the Composer Buffet Receptions.
